The order is placed, we will begin processing your specility products, (products that are made especially for you), With that in mind, We will not be able to cancel or exchange your order once it is place, but please reach out to us, We are here to help. All other products will follow the standard rule in  accordance.
Tracking Orders:
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a e-mail confirmation about your shipment including your tracking numbers so that you can track your shipment on line.

Your products are packed and shipped in accordance with the shipping carrier's shipping standards and is isured for the value of the products, All shipping claims will be filed directly with the carrier.

Transit Times:
You will receive e-mail confirmation of your specity item including your tracking numbers so that you can track your specift shipment on line.


  •  Customer messages "The People Store LLC." to confirm the correct return address

  •  The customer returns a product to Supplier (The People Store LLC.)

  •  The People Store or Supplier receives the product in good condition

  • The People Store logs into our Supplier > Orders> Shipped and Completed> locates PayPal email and transaction ID

  • The People Store logs into PayPal and uses PayPal email and Transaction ID to locate Transaction

  • Suppliers click "issue refund," and the item Cost, Transaction, and shipping fees are refunded to The People Store.

  • The People Store emailed our supplier to request that transaction fees be refunded. The People Store refunds the customer.
